How can I make a change or cancel my order?

Please contact CocoaVia™ Customer Care at 1-833-COCOAVIA (1-833-262-6284) immediately if you need to change or cancel an order that has already been processed. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very quickly after they have been submitted, and it may not always be possible to cancel an order.

To cancel a scheduled subscription order, please log into your account and select "Mange Subscriptions" from your subscriptions list. From there, you can reschedule your order or make any other necessary changes.
