How do I redeem my rewards points?

To redeem your points, please log into your account. You can redeem points to be applied to subscription orders or one-time orders. For one-time orders, log into your account and redeem your points at checkout. For subscriptions, visit your rewards page, choose an amount you wish to redeem and create a discount code. You will have to apply the discount code to your subscription through the Manage Subscriptions link.

Subscriptions:

• To apply your loyalty and rewards points to your subscription, log into your CocoaVia.com account and select Rewards History. 
• Choose how many points you wish to redeem

•  Once you select "Redeem" a discount code will be generated. Copy the code by clicking on the unique code that is generated

  

• The code will also be sent via email, and you will need to select the person icon on the top right corner of your screen and then navigate to Manage Subscriptions 

• From the Subscriptions details page, you will see a "Enter promo code”. Enter code and click "Apply".

One-time purchases:

• Once you have logged in and selected your products to purchase, click the orange “Secure Checkout”. 

• The next screen will provide you with the option to choose your reward, based on the amount of points you have to redeem. Select the desired amount and click the "Apply" button.
