How do I redeem my rewards points?

To redeem your points, please log into your account. You can redeem points to be applied to subscription orders or one-time orders. For one-time orders, scroll below the Subscriptions section.

Subscriptions:

• To apply your loyalty and rewards points to your subscription, log into your CocoaVia.com account and select Rewards History. 
• Scroll down to choose how many points you wish to redeem

•  Once you select "Redeem" a discount code will be generated. You can copy the code by clicking on the unique code that is generated
• 
• The code will also be sent via email, and you will need to select the person icon on the top right corner of your screen and then navigate to Manage Subscriptions 

• From the Subscriptions details page, you will see a “Add discount”.

• A pop up window will appear to where you can enter in that code. Be sure to select "Apply discount code" to confirm that the code was applied.

One-time purchases:

• Once you have logged in and selected your products to purchase, click the orange “Secure Checkout”. 

• The next screen will provide you with the option to choose your reward, based on the amount of points you have to redeem. Select the desired amount and click the "Apply" button.
