To redeem your points, please log into your account. You can redeem points to be applied to subscription orders or one-time orders. For one-time orders, scroll below the Subscriptions section.
- To apply your loyalty and rewards points to your subscription, please visit the Rewards History page within your account.
- Scroll down to the “Existing Subscription Orders” section to view the directions on how to redeem.
- The directions will ask you select the amount of points you wish to redeem and a pop-up will appear asking you if you would like to redeem. Once you select "Redeem" a discount code will be generated.
- Once you generate your code, you will need to apply it to your subscription by going to "Mange Subscription".
- From the Subscriptions details page, scroll down to the bottom left corner of the next screen where you will see an “Apply a Discount” link.
- From the Subscriptions details page, scroll down to the bottom of the next screen where you will see an “Apply a Discount” link.
- Once you have entered the code you generated select "Add Discount" and it will be applied to your next subscription order.
- Once you have logged in and selected your products to purchase, you can redeem points from the shopping cart slide out. From your shopping cart, above the orange“Secure Checkout” button there will be a link to redeem your loyalty points.
- After logging in to your account there is a Rewards History link on the left hand side menu to redeem your points.
- When selecting "Redeem Now" it will take you to your cart.
- Please note: your cart must have a product in it in order to redeem points.
